Introducing the AllMyContacts App – your ultimate solution for effortlessly organizing and communicating with your contacts. With this app installed on your phone, you can streamline the management of your contacts by grouping them into various categories, facilitating swift communication with members of each group.

After installing

Upon installation, the AllMyContacts App seamlessly retrieves all the contacts stored on your phone, displaying the total count of contacts in the "For Grouping" section located at the bottom of the Dashboard.

Customization options abound within the app. You have the freedom to modify the default group names, delete them entirely, or create new groups according to your preferences. A handy feature of the app is the presence of a Dormant group at the bottom of the dashboard. Whenever you delete a group, all contacts within that group are automatically moved to the "For Grouping" section. This ensures that no contacts are overlooked or lost within the app.

Moreover, the AllMyContacts App guarantees that any new contacts you add to your phone will automatically populate the "For Grouping" section upon logging in. This meticulous synchronization process guarantees that you never miss out on any contacts within the app.

Dashboard:

The dashboard presents an overview of all your groups and the number of contacts in them.

At the bottom of the dashboard screen, you can find the "For Grouping" contacts that need to be grouped.

My Contacts:

On the alternate view, labeled 'My Contacts,' located at the top right of the Dashboard, you'll discover the following details: Total contacts with email and phone, Contacts with email only, Contacts with phone only.

Grouping Contacts:

Now, let's delve into how you can effortlessly organize your contacts into groups using AllMyContacts:

Choose the group and open the Group list page.
Hit the '+' icon on the top blue bar to add contacts.
Select desired contacts from the 'For Grouping' list.
Tap 'Add' at the top right corner.
Watch as the selected contacts seamlessly join the chosen group while the dashboard counters update in real time.

Dormanting Contacts:

Flexibility at your fingertips! With AllMyContacts, you have the power to make changes effortlessly:

Easily relocate contacts between groups within the app, no sweat.
Swipe left, tap the dormant image, and watch contacts fade away. Exclude them from any group with ease.
Change your mind, correct mistakes, and keep your contacts perfectly tailored.

Alternative Grouping:

Alternatively, you can move contacts to a group directly from the 'For Grouping' section at the bottom by following these steps:

Access the contact list by tapping on 'For Grouping'.
Tap 'Select Group' at the top right. Choose a group from the list at the bottom.
Select desired contacts by tapping on them individually.
Hit 'Add' at the top right corner.
Watch as the dashboard counters swiftly reflect your changes.

Communication:

With AllMyContacts, communicating with contacts within a group is a breeze. Take the next step in expanding your network by forwarding and tracking messages.

Tap the blue image next to the desired group to access the message creation page.
Select your preferred communication mode - SMS, Email, or Both.
Craft Your Message: Choose between creating a new message or selecting a saved one.
Selective Sending: Handpick specific contacts or go for an all-inclusive approach.
Hit the send button and watch your message soar to the chosen contact(s).

Forward:

The key feature of AllMyContacts is the ability to forward and track messages.

All the Forwarded messages can be accessed through the Forward button.
You can forward messages that you have received to your contacts in groups or selectively to a few in any group. The person receiving the message can forward to their contacts thus expanding the network of people receiving the original message.
In case you want to see the reach of your message, you can utilize the tracking feature.
In the tracking feature, you will see the numbers of people to whom the message was forwarded.
